I also provide a 6-month post-purchase check-in to help review your strategy and track outcomes.
How long does your service typically last?
On average, my service duration is up to 12 weeks. Property buying is most effective when both parties are aligned and decisions are made promptly. In special cases, the agreement can be extended by an additional 4 weeks with mutual consent.
Will you try to push me into a decision?
Absolutely not. My role is to guide, not pressure. I’ll present you with well-researched options and offer professional advice, but the final decision is always yours. I believe the best decisions are made with clarity, not urgency.
